They said they had a 2 bd apartment. I set up an appointment with them. I get there, then they didn't know about the appointment. When they looked it up, they were like "oh there it is" butthen said they didn't have a 2 bd apartment available or even a model to show me.

This place is the worst,yesterday I parked at a pedestrian lane came out to my shock my car was towed..this place has no parking if youre coming in after 5pm they dont have even one residential parking per apartment I dont know how they want us to live.they themselves call the towing company on you..shame on this manager

First of all, these apartments are complete trash. Pet owners do not clean up after their pets so there is dog feces everywhere. The apartments fall apart. Everything on the house is put together so terribly and quick that everything started to fall apart within weeks of me moving in. They are way too expensive for what they offer. The management team are so helpless that it takes forever for them to send someone from the maintenance team over to fix things. None of the management is ever in the office, so when you need something you have to make sure you show up on their time schedule (which is not a large time frame). The apartments are infested with spiders, flies, fruit flies, and ants. These buildings are completely falling apart. After people move out they move people in two days later there isn't even time for them to clean the apartments up before placing a new resident in them. I do not recommend anyone moving in to these apartments and waste their money. I can not wait to leave here. Oh and the pictures they have posted are completely photoshopped to make them appear larger than they really are. There isn't enough room in these apartments to let alone live but breathe.

I am sorry to hear your experience has been less than pleasant. Please come in to office as many of these issue we can help you with but, you have to communicate with us. For example, we have free pest control for our residents. We also have 5 doggy stations with free bags for pet owners and A grounds keeper who picks up after residents who don't pick up after theirs pets. If you know who it is please let us know so we can stop it. We look forward to speaking with you soon!


Tricia, the assistant manager, was kind, informative and professional. This place seemed warm and residential. A place I could call home!

My first problem is that residents with dogs do not clean up the feces they leave behind. Second little gym they have need a new treadmill and stationary bike it outdated. And the TV in the small gym do not work.
