What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakewood

Easy to walk to businesses if you don't have a car. There is a great restaurant 800 feet away. A park is also only a two minute walk.

It's on a dead-end road and the park is right across the way. But the park is also full of homeless people that live just out of sight in the woodsy part of the park by the creek. But it is quiet and we don't have a lot of theft here.

What i like is because i have a lot of family close by to talk too. Also a lot of friends that are here if i am ever bored

Mt neighborhood is tucked away close to a few lakes. feels like the country but its not. Mor walking distance hur not do.i fast from town center shopping mall.

Very mixed and diverse neighborhood with old and young peoplegreat places to be entertained.real people to visit and be around .people like being in this neighborhood

quiet, low-key. people tend to themselves, but know each other, even if only by sight, not to hang out with each other.
