I'm a professional with high standards, which I mention only to the extent that living at Britton Place Apartments has met my standards from the outset. My wife and I moved here while our house is getting built. The office staff is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly (and if I may say so, polished). Living here isn't necessarily cheap, but it's worth every penny.
We've only been here a couple months so far but we love it! It's a little pricey but worth it with the brand new units and stainless steel appliances, not to mention the giant walk in closets, huge bathrooms and washer and dryer in the unit! We rarely ever hear our neighbors through the walls which is a rarity when it comes to apartments, they even let us have our child (dog) here! The grounds are very well kept, with doggy bags and garbages for them. The girls that work there are super friendly and it is super close to pretty much anything you could need shopping wise. Highly recommended.
Poor management and poor construction
Overall the apartments are nice. A bit pricey and small, but you can always fix that with simple storage solutions. However, we've only been here 3 months and I was ready to break my lease within the first month!! Apparently, the third floor is considered to be the luxury apartments, so it has hardwood floors with no insulation. You hear EVERYTHING!! It's RIDICULOUS!! Don't even bother complaining to management because it seems like there's no repercussion. I'm not saying evict someone, but how many complaints does it take for someone to actually care!! I truly regret signing the lease here and I cannot wait to move!!

Good luck trying to find a place to park your car after 4pm.. Tenants literally have to park on the roads outside of the apartment complex, and they have tow companies come through to put notices on people's cars if they don't park in a "Parking spot." I moved here when they were still in the process of finishing the apartments, and they continued to build carports even though they noticed that there was not an adequate amount of parking even then when there weren't many tenants at the time. When I addressed the issue with management their solution was to buy a garage or a carport. I eventually came to terms with that and was ready to buy a carport and there was a very long wait list to even get a carport... And they went up on rent within the first 4 months of their actual grand opening. No parking, but you want to go up on rent? Also, the water pressure is extremely low, and most days our water doesn't get hot until we have to go to the water heater and turn off the water for about an hour to let the heat build up.. two outlets in my kitchen weren't working, the heater in my bedroom had broken, the shower knob for hot/cold water was installed wrong so i was getting cold water every time i turned the knob to hot. The walls are paper thin, I can distinctly hear my neighbors above and below me, which feels rather invasive of our privacy.. They wastefully come through and put a notice on tenant's cars asking them not to back their cars into a parking spots, and they send out notices of "Quiet time" for 9pm-7am... Most tenants know not to be loud at certain times as a given, but they send out notices like that as if we aren't adults. I am not persuading an future residents to move somewhere else, I am simply being transparent about this apartment complex.
