2 bedrooms , 2 bath, washer & dryer
Pluses: quiet community, lived here for 15 years, location, clean property. Negatives: Costs way too much, most outlets throughout apartment don't work. Sometimes communication is lost. I had my insurance send a letter back in September and office was telling me my insurance expired?
Although Hidden River is working hard to make cosmetic improvements to the property, and renovations, the QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY POOR and the materials and appliances are cheap!! Floors squeak very loud! Landscaping work being done is not proper, and already weeds are coming up in the areas that bark was spread only 3 weeks ago. When we moved into our unit, there was so much wrong. There is always garbage overflowing at the bins and on the ground. Need better grounds maintenance.
For a newly renovated townhouse, most of the appliances needed to be replaced. The apartment was dirty upon move-in. There is an ant problem. The landscaping around the until has been all dirt for over a month, and its like living in a swamp when it rains. Overpriced for what you're getting.
Our expectations were set, from already having been residents in this community over 5 years ago. Love the renovations being made in the community. The dog play area is a big hit with our 4 legged family member. Love the fact that so much care is being given to the grounds. Looking forward to when the landscaping is complete, irrigation systems are set and we can just sit back and enjoy the native beauty of our home. Responsive and considerate staff is also a plus. Thank you.
