Great place to save money cheapest apartment around neighborhood.
One of the major reasons I didn't like this apartment was the maintenance issues we had. My boyfriend and I love here a year. Things were always breaking in our apartment. Sometimes it took me saying something two or three times. Our sliding glass door screen fell off and it never got fixed. I got tired of tell the office ladies about it.
The apartments are cozy. Most of the neighbors are nice and the staff is friendly. Since you live between two fire stations, it gets QUITE noisy. Plus living off a major road makes getting out of the parking lot nearly impossible during the day. The windows and doors need to be updated, desperately. The security is prompt and polite.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
