I love this place and the people who work here! I have been here, as the original resident of my apartment, since September 2019. Everyone here has always been pleasant, professional, responsive, helpful, and friendly. I have seldom had a need for help but when I do they are always on top of it and resolve it. It is a great experience living in a place like this. It is well-located for commuting, close to downtown Kent, walking distance to several restaurants, has great businesses on site, and adjacent to a great path of walking and beautiful scenery. It is so easy to miss all the benefits of this place if you take them for granted but there is plus after plus if you open your eyes. Great location, great amenities, great in so many ways!!

Thanks to the residents who shared their living experiences at Ethos. The negative reviews about property management seem consistent across leasers and are a huge disappointment. I remember when Ethos was being developed and was excited to have another apartment option in Kent; too bad the reviews arent stellar. I was hoping to make Ethos my home. Bummer.

We moved out, the management are completely rude and will nickel and dime you, while not responding to complaints or maintenance requests.

Its unfortunate the leasing office has seemed to attract the most crass and entitled senior property manager (Christyn). She used textbook dismissive language towards us and consistently claimed she was unable to help as there is nothing she can do. When indeed, she could have shown a shed of compassion by allowing us to sign a roommate release form. Once youve signed your lease and they have made their commission off you, good luck getting any further assistance. Her bad attitude and lack of professionalism is a sad representation of this complex. The whole neighborhood has horror stories of dealing with her and many have moved out just because of her. All the current residents actually laugh about it often. So at least the neighbors are friendly. During a pandemic you expect companies to adapt policies to better accommodate the problems residents and people are facing. However Ethos has decided to use this pandemic to their advantage and make it as difficult as possible to break a lease. Even though one of our household is being deployed it took us weeks to finally be able to break the lease with no help from Ethos. Do not rent here, youll regret it if you do.

Office staff is rude and condescending. Christyn, the manager, is very crass and will not work with you. Will not fix problems like parking or noise complaints. She does not care about residents, she just wants your money.
