Terrible experience. Management not willing to work with tenants to resolve issues made by the apartment staff. Car was towed because the apartment manager Tiffany didn't make any effort to properly check for a parking pass on rear view mirror. I understand its a bit hard to see, but when you say you had "multiple" staff members look for the pass and it wasn't seen that is a pain lie. If you are looking for a parking pass you you would have seen it, I have a picture posted on the google review for the Dwell. Apartment refuses to make any sort of effort to reimburse an unlawful tow costing $360.11. I'm not sure if they are just trying to cover their mistake, or if they are just being dishonest. I would like to be a reasonable but management isn't even willing to discuss the issue. No matter what was said the only response I got was that it's the tenants responsibility to pay regardless of if dwell is at fault or not. Apartment is beautiful and a great location, will change review if dwell takes the proper steps to resolve this issue. The maintenance and cleaning staff are great. I just believe management and customer service need to be revisited. Had a lot of other issues with setting up delivery and having multiple packages returned to sender. Constant notices for eviction for random things, one example is rent not being paid in full since parking prices went up but was not updated online. Another is that you cannot pay rent until the 1st and it takes days for the payment to process so if there are any errors with the transaction you don't know until its too late.
