How extremely disappointing and disheartening it is to hear how Central Flats is choosing to handle this situation for their Washington residents. Not only are we the considered the epicenter for the US breakout, many of of us are out of jobs, not to mention your property is in a low-income community.
Your options for resources are ones that Im sure your residents have already taken advantage of. However, Im not sure if you are aware of the issues with our unemployment system. This will assist most individuals with only 50% of their monthly income. If this person is LUCKY this will barely cover a months rent, leaving them NO money for food, water, etc. Although, we must take into account that many, with this assistance wont even be able to afford half of their rent (let alone any supplies to actually live off of).
I really hope that during this unfortunate time of uncertainty Central Flats reconsiders their business plan and bands together to help support their community and their residents instead of displacing them.
Love it here nice and quiet
This is the worst apartment in hole Kent, higher rent, the complex toke my money and destroyed my life, dont ever rent this apartment
Its overpriced, management feels incompetent (and they have been purchased over), everything breaks in your unit and it takes almost 2 weeks for a repair (at least in my case, unless my apartment flooded- because they did fix my garbage disposal with a rude maintenance guy for the second time after surprisingly answering the phone). Our post to the balcony on the third story is LITERALLY rotting away. I pretty much hate this place.
It's an apartment, no more no less. Not really a good value unless you have been here awhile and are willing to continually resign a lease.
We're taking an already great community and enhancing it with top-to-bottom upgrades in each apartment. Get ready for modern ash faux wood flooring, quartz solid surface counters, and premium stainless appliances, fireplaces, open kitchen layouts, formal dining areas and custom cabinets. These beautiful enhancements - along with the ash faux wood floors, lighting and fixtures - put Central Flats a cut above the rest. The community grounds, with flowing streams and ponds, offer waterfront views and plenty of places for relaxing. You'll also enjoy our community spaces which include a resident clubhouse complete with two fireside lounges, demonstration kitchen, conference room, cyber cafe, fitness center, pool, spa, BBQ area and playground. Central Flats boasts an idyllic location, just down the road from the new, urban Kent Station Shopping Center with swanky shops and restaurants. And, easy access to Highway 167, allows you to be within minutes of major employment centers: Amazon, ...
