These apartments are really expensive and the neighborhoods are really annoying. They never clean the stairs. Its very unsanitary. There also is a lot of garbage everywhere due to the kids at the park.
This is not a good place to live, if your standards are high.
Completely and utterly disappointing. They changed their online payment system and it kept declining my payment even though the money was in my account. I went into the leasing office to get help and they will not even wave the $125 in late fees just once. There is no grace period and I have never been late before. I don't know anyone who has extra cash lying around. This is unscrupulous. I never leave bad reviews. I always give the benefit of the doubt to everyone. I will report them to the BBB and anywhere else I can. There are several other things about the apartment that need addressed and I was willing to over look them till now. Customer service is what I have done all of my working career the last 20 years. This makes all the difference. I have dealt with customers who have been completely in the wrong and treated me like dirt and never lost my Cool and given the best customer service possible. You need to pick and choose your battles even in a situation like that. There is no reason to treat a customer like this. The notice that the payment system was changing went out the week before the end of the month, said it wasnt changing until February and then chanced January 1St. I didnt get the bill for utilities and rent emailed to me till the 2nd I tried to pay it immediately. My payment was declined through the new system that deleted my old payment information. I work from 6:00am till 4:00pm and do not get home from my commute until after the leasing office closes. I was able to make it there today before closing for the 1st time this week. There response was that I should have emailed them or called when I manage a cafe and never take a break during my 10hour day. This response is completely lacking in any thoughtfulness or caring.
