What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Hunts Point

I like that it's downtown, yet not as busy as the bigger cities nearby. Lots of shops and places to eat, things to do, etc. also a great neighborhood to walk in which is important to ms

Close to freeway and it's next to a grocery stores like Costco and Safeway. Close to other cities and major tech companies.

I can walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and coffee. Movie theaters are close. I love very close to the freeway but far enough that I don't hear it.

Schools are really good, with high ratings. There are also nearby parks and playgrounds, which is really good. There is also a Nearby tennis cuart we like to go to.

well established neighborhood with lots of outdoor activities possible and very low road traffic make it a nice walking experience
