Prices are not worth living here, the maintenance employees and the office employees have very bad attitudes. My mother has lived here for quite some time, and the pools are never open. The park needs to be rebuilt and the office needs to start speaking to the children and their parents about their behavior around the property.
Because of the very poor customer service that I recived and the other people also that were WAITTING in the office sorry I walked out after WAITTING more than 20 mim with out even being asked why we were there
this is horrible the mangament is horrible they lie to your face about what's in your lease which is not even printed in the lease i will never live here again .
There are 3 overflowed dumpsters taking up parking spaces, a collection of at least 10 shopping carts and garbage everywhere near my building. People come from all over the complex to dump garbage, furniture, what have you. There is routinely broken glass on the ground. My dog got some in her paw last week. I have called and left messages, spoken to 3 members of staff (maintenance and the office) and gotten the run around. I know of at least 3 other people who have complained this week alone. It smells and looks like a landfill. Rats, feral cats, raccoons and squirrels run wild. We even saw possums one night as we came home. When speaking to staff they are dismissive. I have been told to blame Valet Waste, to make calls, to just deal with it, that they don't have a time frame for when these dumpsters will be moved. I sympathize with being understaffed, I truly do. That is not an excuse to make hardworking people live with trash and vermin though. I hope they do the right thing and fix these issues. We have lived here for 10 years. If the animals keep coming to the garbage, we will have no choice but to make calls to the city, animal control, whoever we need to. It isnt safe. A child could get bitten or sick. A few weeks ago someone left a box of hot coals In the parking lot. It had flames and was sitting next to a huge pile of garbage bags. My sister and I ran buckets of water to put it out. I called and left a message to the office, no response. They need to fix this before someone gets hurt or greedy people out to get money launch a lawsuit. I hope they do the right thing.
