My application process was very smooth. I toured the property during the morning and had my deposit in within the hour. The screening process was quick, they had to re-run the credit check as I have a block on all my accounts. One I spoke with the front office to explain they re-ran within hours. The entire process took about a week...very efficient! I am looking forward to moving there in November.

My family and I moved out here from Hawaii, Arcadia has made us feel like home. Staff is always courteous and pays attention to every problem. Maintenance is always on time and communication is awesome! I love where I live, it's clean and we are taken care of

I applied for a unit at this location and had issues in the beginning. Their online application had issues and would not display or load properly (I am an IT administrator so I did several troubleshooting steps on my own and determined no issue on my end). After waiting for about 4 days, it was finally resolved. I put down a $500 deposit and after verifying rental history, was approved. A week later, I was told that the screening fees came back to them with a Closed Account reason. I told them this is impossible as I have been using the account actively. The paystubs I provided them are deposited into that account. The $500 I gave them was from that account. I literally had the money to give them the amount due that day.
However, they refused to do anything about it then told me they had to deny my application and that I could not re-apply to Arcadia. Ever. Because of policy.
Every place I have dealt with that involved a deposit of some sort would notify a person of an issue with payment and allowed them to re-enter payment details or provide a different method. Not just flat out say No. Denied. That is poor customer service.
Im actually quite offended. How does any company expect their consumers to trust them when they blatantly do something that screams they dont trust the people they are trying to sell or offer services to? The current pandemic is already making things difficult to begin with. And deflecting to policy confirms their lack of human understanding to do anything. What if it was a clerical error? A typo? We wouldnt know since Arcadia apparently gives no one the ability to fix any of it.
At this point, Im not going to bother trying to live at this property. As someone who has previously lived here once, Im disappointed by how it is now run. From their inconsiderate personality to their lack of technical knowledge, they have put a bad taste in my mouth, and I will avoid Priderock Capital Management. Highly DONT recommend.

Just went for a tour, the renovated ones where really nice. The non-renovated not so much. The staff was super nice and helpful.
