What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Federal Way

There is a school in our neighborhood. When school is not in session it is a nice place for us to walk in the schoolyard, and there is lots of play equipment or our grandchildren to use when they come visit in school is not in session with frequently take them down to the schoolyard to play on the swings and other play equipment

It's home to a group home, it's got a Papa John's, Walmart and 7-11 nearby, and I enjoy going to said places, and occasionally to Fred Meyer.

In order to get anywhere, you're going to have to travel a ways into Tacoma, Federal Way or Fife, but we sit right next to the highway, which is nice. There is one pub across the street, and that's it.

I do like that the yard of my house is large. The neighbors that I have so seem to be friendly. Everyone makes sure to keep their yards clean. You can walk to restaurants and a shopping mall that you can walk to on a real nice day. We love to go gamble sometimes since it is so much fun.

There is a common mall close by and plenty of food chain restaurants that are local. There are multiple city parks that are pretty big and the kids can walk home from school safely due to enforced speeding zones

its convenient theres almost everything in reach. thats also the bad part as well more people more cars and buses..0
