I am so happy I chose to live here! I have had so much fun meeting my neighbors and getting to know the local area. I moved here from Pennsylvania and am really enjoying it so far. I brought my cat with me and I am very happy that this complex is pet friendly. Everything is well maintained and clean and the office people are very nice & helpful.
I have lived here for a little over a year. The management team is superior far above any place else Ive ever lived. The maintenance crew are very knowledgeable and efficient and are very responsive to your request. And my little dog Rene absolutely loves everybody who works at the complex. The other residents are very respectful and nice. Very pleasant and peaceful place to live.
Stay away from. Rude staff, poor management, lazy maintenance and lots of problems. Mold, trashy grounds, break ins and no parking. Not worth the price for so many issues.
The management team is wonderful. We have never had a single issue with anything regarding our lease or tenancy here.
Parking is ridiculous. Either you pay 35$ /month for a space (outrageous for parking). A bunch was made, then made for reserve.
For the amount of rent, we also should be made aware of anything delivered to the office. The fact that there is no system in place for us to be away of packages at the office is frustrating. No notes, not even a email. If you aren't expecting a package, it can sit there for days. If it's early, or don't have a tracking number, it's a constant guessing game. Did it get stolen? It was just sitting in the office for 2 days. It's really inexcusable, considering how many ways it could be handled.
