What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Everett

I like going to the Mexican coffee stand and Dave and busters they are Both a very different vibe from each other. Yet both so fun

That the grocery stores are right there, and there are many fast food areas. Some schools are withing walking distance for Mt children

The large trees in people's yards. The different cultures and diversity in people. The college / University less than a mile away. The huge hospital right down the road. And the ice rink on Broadway.

Most everything is in walking distance and can go jogging very early morning so that could everyone take part in community safety

It is easy to travel, a variety of destinations that are not too far away and the traffic is manageable

What's unique, my neighborhood has its own personality. My favorite business, my bank is close, along with all my shopping needs.
