When I sold my home in December 2014, the management at VBC provided me with corporate housing and a home as I awaited the completion of my current resident in Bldg. 2. They were responsive and so welcoming during my hectic transition. I am now in Bldg. 2 and having an amazing time living here in my new home and being a part of a vibrant community.

Not all things work all the time garage door broken not repaired timely, elevators use of fobs is intermittent, have had to replace blinds and that took 4 months.

We currently live here and had signed our lease earlier this year. The staff was extremely friendly, always willing to help and was a big part of the reason we decided to move in. Since the apartment complex got bought out, I now dread going to the front office if I ever have a question. Never once has any of the new staff attempted to introduce themselves or try to make it feel like home. If anything they avoid eye contact. Their lack of professionalism and their lack of customer service is not worth the amount of money you will pay to live here. The new maintenance staff/guy is not nearly as efficient as the old one and it has gone extremely downhill. Unfortunately we're stuck here until the beginning of next year or else we would be out in a heartbeat. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking for a higher end community run by a welcoming professional staff.
