This property is not one that I would want to live at. It is in a not-so-great section of town. It does not contain many amenities however it does have the benefit of all-covered parking. The covered parking surrounds the entire complex, with the townhouse style apartments create a circle around the central laundry room building which kind of creates a central area for kids to play (no playground however), which somewhat mitigates the issue of the bad neighborhood if one has children. It's on a good bus line though. That's a plus.
