Catalina invites you to live in a quiet residential setting along BellevueaETMs Kelsey Creek Greenbelt in an efficient studio, one or two bedroom apartment which are brand new. Some apartments also include a bonus room which can be used as a study, office or for other utility purposes. To better accommodate each resident the apartments are fully furnished and accessorized, including bedding, towels, linens, kitchen utensils and flat screen televisions. The following utilities and services are provided at no additional charge: telephone (with unlimited long distance calling and personal voicemail); cable television; high-speed internet connectivity; as well as heating and air conditioning, electricity, water and trash removal services.

Catalina in all respects functions as a COMMUNITY featuring an unprecedented level of services, amenities and benefits. A Catalina resident can enjoy the exclusive use of a state-of-the-art fitness center; complete game room equipped with a billiard table, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard and air hockey; a theater featuring a 106-inch front-projection screen, reclining leather seats and a surround-sound audio system; and a well-stocked library, living room and a fully functioning multipurpose room with facilities for meetings, dinners and other events. A business center, lockers, storage units and separate garages for vehicles or the temporary storage of personal belongings are also offered for an additional charge

Lease Terms

All rentals are on a month-to-month basis, requiring at least 20 days written notice to terminate as of the end of the month.
