Unless... you love over paying for a small apartment, hearing the apartment buildings fire alarms go off at least twice a month (at random hours either early morning OR late at night before bed!) Youll never need to use an alarm clock again!! And hey for an added bonus theyll even clean your kitchen floor for free! Yes free! They will flood your kitchen all you have to do is clean up the lake of water right after! And dont worry maintenance will be sure to enter your apartment while your sleeping without notice! Because letting renters know that a stranger will be entering there home is sooo 2005.

Absolutely horrible. Whenever they set the sprinklers out to water the grass the set them up so they rotate into my back door and my carpet gets wet. And when they have notices, they don't leave a note or send an email. They don't even knock on your front door. They invade your privacy and, while you're watching TV comfortably in your PJs, they will knock on your open back door if you live on ground level. (Even with the curtains closed) their excuse? It's easier. Always have unexplained charges and weird requests. (can't have a chair on my back porch because I live on ground level). Can't wait until my lease is up. Lived here for almost a year and no matter how many requests I've put in, my dishwasher has never worked and the laundry room washers leak into the hallway.

Nice but too expensive

I love living here. Only issue is the renovation for the balcony. The smell is too strong for a pregnant woman and her 2 year old child.

Do experience some loud neighbors. Also will get charges on my bill that i eventually have to prove something to get them taken off
