Enjoy the apartment and updated features, feels like home. Wonderful views. A lot better than looking at a parking lot/dumpster.
The staff and amenities made the move in very easy.
Moved in 1 August and have loved just about everything about my new home. It actually feels like home and not just an apartment. Quiet, friendly neighbors and such a convenient location! Oh and the view is amazing!
Amazing and professional staff. well maintained facilities. Finding parking after 9pm is a nightmare.
These apartments are the worse apartment anyone could live in. I have had a non working refrigerator that defrosts constantly which makes my food go bad. They send maintenance, however it's still not fixed. This has been going on since I moved in. I was giving an apartment that needed major repairs. The apartment contracted someone to repaired the floors of my apartment and cement dust was left all over my furniture. The Apartment Manager Allegedly told me to sleep on the floor of another empty apartment while the repairs of a weak floor that has structural damage was being done. The structural damage was made by the previous tenants. I was also ask to feed my children by cooking in a empty apartment. I guess my family is suppose to eat on the floor. There was no reasonable accommodation made for my family made by the Apartment Manager or Corporate ( Oh, they said they will send someone to clean the apartment). I was ask to move to another unit at my own expense. I have children with severe allergies which causes ulcers and sore in there mouth and stomach, which makes it hard for us to eat out. The apartment then wants to put new carpet down in the unit, but want us to move the furniture to lay the carpet down. By law ( RCW 59.18.060) my responsibilities as a tenant is to give them access to the apartment which I have. But, again no consideration on my children or my husband whom work graveyard shift. Whom I guess they want him to move the furniture after working a12 hour shift. They have not offered any help, I was not able to cook food in my kitchen for 5 days. I have spent well over $600 within 5 days feeding my family, not to mention the gas used to picking up these items. Whereas, half of my apartment is not accessible due to all my dinning room furniture moved in it. Also to mention my washer machine has been leaking for weeks and each time maintenance come to fix it, they give me some excuse why it leaks. After a couple of washes, it back to leaking. I wish
