Awesome customer service!! Beautiful grounds!! Very clean!! Luxury spacious apartments... very cozy!! Feel like home instead of an apartment. ALL models are flawless and so hard to choose!!! Super excited to become a resident!! This is the Best of ALL in the Hampton roads area!!! 10 stars

This neighborhood is very VERY quiet. I have been here for a month, and so far you can hear a pin drop. Mary helped me out tremendously throughout the entire application process. This is my first apartment, and from start to finish, Mary made sure I understood everything in my lease and if I had any questions she was either a phone call or an email away. The community is well kept, and everything is practically right at your doorstep. The appliances within the apartment are wonderful as well. Everything is modern and stainless steel. at the end of the day I can close my door and just relax.

Dont let the good reviews fool you. I have been a tenant at the Commonwealth at York for almost 2 years. This place is a joke! I have had nothing but problems since day one! The apartment failed to tell me there is a vet/kennel behind my apartment, had I have known that I would have picked a different building. I have made several noise complaints while living here. The property manager Kim told me she spoke to my next door neighbor and he feels like he cant live comfortably in his apartment home because he had complaints about his music. His music was so loud I could hear it from every room in my apartment. Also, apparently it is ok to party on your balcony/patio all hours of the night. I have contacted the apartment numerous times about noise and I also contacted the regional manager Donjie and the property manager Kim and they have both told me they arent going to be addressing any of my noise complaints. They are unprofessional and rude! The Vice President of the company, Kathy told me that my emails to her were getting out of hand and to basically stop emailing her. This is not how a company is suppose to treat their residents. They have done nothing but throw all of my issues and concerns under the rug and have made me feel like I don't matter as a tenant. Save yourself the headache and hassle of moving here!
