This is honestly the worst place ever. Not only do you have to deal with the smell of cigarettes or weed coming from your neighbors house, but the office and pool staff are full of crap. They are unhelpful, rude and only care for themselves. Just don't even waste your time or money.
Management is very poor and unprofessional. Before moving in, I was not aware that I would be sharing my townhome with roaches smh. Most of their homes, are crawling with them. The electrical sockets does not work even after maintenance has came an repaired them. Please rethink moving here.
I toured this community recently and found it to be really nice. The leasing staff were so helpful!
The office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The pools are often closed and are extremely dirty. The apartments are filled with mold and the manager expects residents to take care of it! Appliances are old and dont work well.
Management is the worse ever. They will never pick up the phone and when an emergency occurs they shut their ears and eyes. My home has been flooding over a month and still they have not been able to fix or correct the problem.
