Stratford At Williamsburg

The place looks good but it's a little bit too expensive.

Went to ask about rentals. The sign said come in were open so I try to go in. The door was locked. I knocked and still no answer. So Im thinking maybe theyre at lunch? It was only 11:30 am. Waited another half hour in the car and finally saw a remnant with his dog and a maintenance person talking to someone in the office. I asked can I go in? They told me that the Mgmt office closed and didnt have any information of when they would reopen. The person in the office didnt want to answer the door. So needless to say I rented elsewhere.

Roach infested dump, office staff incompetent. The only reason I gave it any rating is because the maintenance team is super nice, but seriously spend the extra money and rent a decent place .. police are constantly here, roaches despite constant cleaning. No Washer/dryer in apt- really? Its 2019- there are much nicer places to rent in Williamsburg, this place is the equivalent of a Motel 6 .
