Community is nice. Staff has been pleasant to work with.
The credit requirements are a bit ridiculous considering its income regulated and pretty much the ghetto
The ladies that were in the office were not friendly. I stopped by to get information and there were two women who were there; one was talking to me through the door and the other was sitting in the next office talking in her office. This is not the way to get potential residents in this complex. They are not friendly and the customer service experience were awful. I could have been a mystery shopper looking for a place to rent. Which the rental place received and F+. I will never recommend anyone to the place . One not so happy customer. I even had to ask for a floor plan and pricing. GEESH!
rent goes up 30+ dollars a year, no improvements just inflation i guess. Rental office usually not available. mail slots busted into left for months unusable. 3 ft hole in ground next to walkway left for 5 months. many more unsightly and dangerous things to mention................
Took a tour last week. Nice size three bedroom and the office staff was really nice and informative.
