    I lived at Colonial Towne for 6 years and only recently moved because of a change in my husband's military orders. It was such a wonderful living experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained--every visitor who ever came to stay with us remarked on how perfectly clean and lovely the complex is. In all my time there, I never had a maintenance request that took longer than 24 hours to be fixed, and the staff are so friendly. Tonya, in the front office, is a joy. From the time I came to tour the complex and sign my first lease, to my final days at the complex, she was so helpful and attentive, always remembering who I was and personally taking on any issue I brought to her attention. With her in the office, whether I dropped by in person or just spoke to her on the phone, I knew that I would be greeted with warmth and attention. I am so glad I chose Colonial Towne to be my home for so long--I will miss it!

    Attractive, well-kept community in a fantastic location: Williamsburg, bordering Colonial National Park. About one mile ('0' traffic and one light) to I-64. Great value for the quality and quiet but convenient location Nice place to call home.

    What a wonderful apartment complex. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Renando J. always goes out if his way to investigate and fix any issue. We love living here !

    I love this community. It is well taken care of and the staff is great. Anytime Ive had any concerns they promptly addressed . My floor plan is spacious and reasonably priced for the area.
