    I have sent five messages via email to the complex and have tried to call no less than 10 times and have yet to receive any kind of response. It is typical of Park Property Management as they seem to have this problem with all of their facilities. We can't keep any office staff at the complex I currently reside (Windigrove Apts. in Waynesboro, VA).

    Community is wonderful, have made many friends, and the relationships are going to last beyond my time staying at this apartment complex. Tye rent has gone up twice during 4 years of residence. I was asked to leave after a new resident moved in and a discussion between the management and this resident occurred, after which the resident made several noise complaints at any noise coming from my residence, all the while making an enormous amount of noise herself. The noise complaints resulted in my lease being terminated and I was given two weeks to leave. The office staff is friendly and well meaning, but unfortunately in handling the termination of my lease, were sneaky and scheming to accomplish what they decided needed to happen.

    While technically I make less than the 30,000 dollar income cap, It counts my partners wage on top of mine so technically we make to much, I would understand a cap of 30,000 if it was just for 1 person but its so hard to make below that counting everyone in the household, why even offer 3 bedroom apartments then? Unless the household consists of just kids or people who cant work I suppose.

    I am 79 years old and make a whopping 26000 a year and after 5 weeks of hearing nothing I recieved an impersonal email telling me I didn't qualify because I made 40. Dollars too much. How are elderly people In Good health that have worked all their life and still make squat supposed to live?? If I was a rich college student that mom and dad are paying for I'd get an Apartment but because I make 40 dollars too much from working all my life I can't qualify. The worst thing is it took them 5 weeks and didn't even call me just shot out a corporate email. I'm actually glad I didn't get it because as I have been reading reviews most older adults there are not very happy with the management anyways. I don't understand how a low income housing complex can't help low income elderly people. I wouldn't recommend this kind of treatment to anyone. Dale

    They won't accept me or my friend stating ridiculous requirements . I make 32k a year so I make to much, and my friend makes 18k a year yet she makes to little to be accepted and doesn't have good enough credit. This place is ridiculous.
