I have lived here for just about 3 years. I have only good things to say! The people that work here have been amazing to me! They help me every time I need anything at all! Maintenance is awesome! Sean n Sheri go above and beyond! Rebecca and Mya I can't even tell you how good they are to me! I will be moving soon as the rent increases but I will always be greatful for the time I've spent living here! All of the people that run this property have made me feel at home and the neighbors have made it very nice to live here as well!

Unless you are homeless do not move here. People realize this is an unsafe to live. They are moving out and undesirables are moving in. I was counting the days my lease was up

I regret the day I signed the lease. And that was 5 years ago. BEWARE. Look on Youtube lots of complaints and growing!

This property used to be managed well but now they don't care about the residents at all. They have forced out all if the long term residents just to raise the price hundreds of dollars. Good people that made this a community have been put out. Don't trust them.

For how expensive this place is, nothing seems to work properly. The staff is rude, especially the assistant. She doesn't do her job, and then claims she did and you just "forgot". This not only happened to me, but other residents as well. They need to work on the type of people they hire. I am not impressed.

I loved living here! My husband and I had to break our lease due to Military relocation ( which was no problem at all) and we truly miss this place. The move out process: I'm happy to say thatkn our experience there were no hidden charges and it was all very straightforward. We have had poor experiences with ridiculous move out fees and charges in other apartments and this place was a pleasant surprise. They actually had realisitic expectations on what 'wear and tear' really means. We did receive much of our deposit back, by the way. Maintenance was always courteous and professional. Living here was just really nice. We lived in a ground floor lake view unit and looking out at the lake every day was so lovely. It was quiet and I never met a neighbor that wasn't nice. We had zero noise issues! The lay out of these apartments are also desirable... particularly in the way in which you share walls - it allows for the least amount of noise disturbance from neighbors and that's a huge plus for me! You do hear jets occasionally but it wasn't a deafening experience, in my opinion. In the VA beach area it's hard to get away from them. All in all, I highly recommend!
