I loved my stay at Waterford. Everything is in perfect condition and if you need anything, maitenance is quick to respond. No pest issues, roudy neighbors and so forth. The only reason my husband and I moved out was due to it not being pet friendly and we were wanting to get a dog. I definitley recommend them!
I've been happy and comfortable here, and if I was staying in the area, I would most likely be staying here. The units and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. People who have visited me have commented on the same. Anytime I've had something that needed attention, the response was quicker than I have ever seen. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional. Overall, a very positive experience. And as a nurse working odd hours, it's been quiet and comfortable.
They are timely with maintenance requests, demonstrate increased care for the security of our neighborhood, the value and location are great, the remodeling looks great and is not overpriced, the 24 hour gym is so convenient, and the pool in the summer is so refreshing!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
