The complex is very clean and the maintenance staff are always working hard to keep it that way. The office staff are friendly and helpful. If i ever need anything they are always available.

It's a quiet apartment, comfortable and relaxing. The apartment has everything I was looking for including a fireplace and washer and dryer.
The front office personnel could not be more friendly and helpful.

Waterfront is the most beautiful place I have ever lived. The best part of my day off is opening my shade and enjoying the view of a lake and ducks right in my backyard.

I can literally walk to not 1 but 2 grocery stores, 2 gas stations, a shopping center filled with stores. I can drive 10 minutes to 1 of the best malls in the area or 15 minutes to Town Centre. This location is perfect.

I cannot end without bragging about the awesone maintenance crew here. I have never waited more than 24 hours for anything! A couple days ago I requested a new peephole around lunch time. By the time I got home at 730 pm I had a new peephole!

Terrible customer service. Hands down. Beautiful complex but I refuse to spend my money to live somewhere where I don't feel comfortable talking to the leasing consultants. If you don't like your job, find another career.

This place has god awful management.They won't return phone voicemails or emails, and only answer a portion of the time. The manager will tell you one thing, ignore you, then claim he would never promise that as if you are insane. Record you calls with him or you'll be disappointed. RentCafe is a joke, and the office staff only directs you to talk to the manager who is always out of the office. The apartments are run down- the first one they moved us in had bed bugs and they didn't tell us. Now they won't refund the extra we paid for the first apartment (we moved to a cheaper one to save them money). It's pretty but don't let the area fool you. This place is the worst place I've lived and I've been renting for 7 years.
