Awful place! Priced way too high to have cars broken into, drugs being done out in the open, shootings. They employee sexual predators for maintenance staff! Stay clear.

Loved touring waterfront apartments and Maliqua is very helpful among other leasing agents i have spoken to. I will definetly move here when im ready! Also know two friends that live and formerly lived in the community. I cant wait for my time to live at this community

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Unless you want to have your bank account drained and have to call maintenance once a week, dont do it! Our ceiling and floor started falling in, so they sprayed it with literal white spray paint and said it would kill mold. We had trouble with cockroaches and we are very clean people. Only lived there 4 months and had the worst experience. Now that weve moved out, theyre refusing to give back our $500 deposit AND making us pay $200 more. They claim we should have gotten a statement weeks ago, but NEVER did (they have our new address) and revoked our access to their app as soon as we moved out so we have no way to pay/check if we owe anything. Theyre claiming a bunch of pet stains, but sent pictures of literal flat carpet from furniture that could easily be fluffed up by running your foot across it. $700 for that! Its one thing to not give back the deposit, I get that. But extra money and threatening to take us to collections? We would have 100% paid for it and been done if we would have gotten a bill by now or actually left the apartment gross. I personally took such good care of that place because I take pride in my home and where I live. This is so frustrating. Do not live here, especially if you ever plan to leave. We have paid thousands just to escape this place and now, almost 2 months later, its still never ending. Just hoping I can save someone else from making the same mistakes my husband and I did.

I liked the area stores and restaurants close clean and grounds well kept waiting to Aug to move now but that was one I really liked will look there in August
