So far the short time I have been here has been outstanding peaceful and quiet and exactly what I expected
Great! Staff is friendly and made renting my first townhouse a breeze! The maintenance men are always a pleasure to talk to and promptly fix anything I need to be fixed.
Love it! Close to every thing and every place.
Superb! My family and I have been living her for nearly 7 months and we love it. Any time we've placed in a work order it has been fixed in a timely fashion. John and Mike have been so helpful and so polite. They wave at all of the residents they see and always have a smile on their face. Crystal is always accommodating and available for any questions. Our community is beautiful. Thank you guys so much for making my home a home.
Thousand Oaks was my first apartment complex after moving out on my own as a young man. I lived there a few years and have lived in a few areas since then. But when I started a family and needed a reasonably priced safe neighborhood to bring my wife and kids to, I came back here. This place is home. It has a good community of people living here, some come and go, lots of military and people with traveling jobs but you almost always get good new neighbors to replace them. The few times there have been problem residence they've been dealt with very quickly and either cleared things up or they were removed. I've lived around the Virginia beach area bouncing around and there aren't many places that can match this price for the space, community, and safety you'll experience at Thousand Oaks.
