I wish I could give zero stars. New management is worse than the first. Side of the building has been messed up for over a month. Siding smacks against the brick wall causing loud noises all day and night long. Office has done nothing. Maintenance cant even pick up the siding off of the ground that fell off the building. There are pot holes all around the parking lot that were not fixed before they put up a pointless fence to block off an exit that people use to get out of our own neighborhood. So now there is only one exit In the front of the complex that forces you to go through all of these pot holes. Ive had to have three tires patched because after they had roofers come out they left nails all over our parking lot. Again, maintenance did nothing. Trash is constantly overflowing in each dumpster. Every time there is an issue nothing gets done until you request to speak to a manager. And every time all they have is excuses and seems like they can not handle more than one problem at a time. This place has rats and bugs. Absolutely disgusting. Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. This would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
