Shoreline has been a truly wonderful place to live. The apartments are a lovely design, both inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful. Shoreline has a well maintained noise policy regarding their property, and the interior wall insulation keeps the noise from apartment to apartment at a minimum. it has been a quiet haven to come home to. I cannot say enough about the staff here, they are all quite marvelous, charming, and ready to help. They love their jobs and it shows!
Great location, really nice comfortable apartments in a cozy community close to everything. Office and maintenance staff are great too. They are very helpful with anything you need. No complaints here, we love it!
Most of the time, upkeep is great. The big problem is the sidewalks. The one from in front of my entrance to the parking lot (not that far of a walk) fills up with 2 to 3 inches of water at one section about a yard long. At first I can go around the water and through the grass, but in just a short time the grass becomes mud. When we moved in 2 years ago, we were told that it would be fixed the next year. Well this past summer was the next year and it was not fixed. I work from my home and go to
