Have lived in Reflection Apts. for a year and don't think any place could BE more convenient. It's 5 minutes to the 264 Bypass, Lynnhaven Mall/theatre, Walmart, banking, and any restaurant/fast food place imaginable. Even with traffic, it takes 10 min to get to the TCC campus, and of course the beach is all of 5 miles away. The pool is beautiful and has lifeguard service, the activity center is open 24 hours for the gym, racquetball and volleyball courts, and there's even security to weed out the people that "wish they lived here" lol! On top of that, the staff is genuinely pleasant and helpful. It's a no brainer to want to live here!
Nice place to live. The community is quiet and peaceful. The grounds, etc., look nice and clean. Any maintenance problems I've ever had have been taken care of right away. All of my interactions with the staff have been positive and professional - staff is very friendly.
I absolutely love living here! All staff members are friendly and accommodating. They have been flexible with my needs as a military member with a sometimes unexpected schedule. Maintenance is prompt and efficient. I have had nothing but positive experiences since I moved in!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
