Location is excellent. Best restaurants all close by within walking distance for many. Beach is so close Facilities are good, ground are pretty clean Friendly staff 4stars only due to no valet trash pick up

My father-in-law has lived in Marina Shores for almost three years. His experience has been mostly positive: friendly helpful office & maintenance staff, fairly quick responses to calls for repairs & an enjoyable apartment layout. What has been the most irritating has ben the upkeep & cleanliness of the elevators, stairs & walkways. The recent power washing of all buildings was much needed But none of the outside stairs nor walkways were cleaned! In fact the Recent washing of all the dirt on buildings sides added to what was already distastefully dirty walkways! Dryer vents on floors add to accumulation of dirt & it is my hope & frequent request the management works harder to make all of the Apartment spaces as inviting as they keep the entry to & front space to Marina Shores offices.

Good location near bay, restaurants and first landing state park. Parking is very tough at some buildings if you dont have reserved parking. Garbage is constantly overflowing on weekends causing a wonderful smell. Same with dog poop containers. Water bugs everywhere despite paying for pest control. Increased rent $200 without a single update to the apartment. Will nickel and dime you at move out. (Example charged for damaged carpet when they were just going to remove carpet once I moved out). For this kind of money just go to the Pearl.

I absolutely love living here. I have been here for 3 years now, and have never had a complaint. The office staff are all professional and caring. Any issue that I have is addressed promptly. The maintainence staff all all wonderful. the grounds are well maintained well, and very importantly to me, they are very very pet friendly. The location is perfect. I absolutely recommend Marina Shores to anyone.
