The place does good with the pest control every Friday but rarely does anything as Ive seen huge water bugs. The process to move out was a slight hassle since they messed up twice trying to charge me extra rent when I already paid. I paid 1050 for a two bedroom and it was one of there old models. Price is good if it was there newer models but there is a huge difference. Last thing Im also getting charged for a full carpet replacement, for a carpet that I didnt damage or is even damaged..... Im frustrated with them and Im glad I moved out. Honestly If you want to move in thats on you but look for other places first as my ex girlfriend was the one that got hooked by there false charm.
The Stasi patrol the complex in their golf carts and if you dare use the balconies or patios that YOU PAY for or god for bid have an bicycle then you are in violation of your lease, its little wonder half the units are empty.
All hail the Great and kind housing overlords !!!
I moved here September 2016 & is impatiently awaiting the end of my lease. My air conditioning has gone out twice, my refrigerator has gone out, and I had a terrible leak. For two weeks the maintenance team blamed the leak on the refrigerator and after being tired of soggy carpets and too many near slip and falls I finally requested the first and last name of everyone in the office along with a printout of every work request since my lease started. Then and only then did they do more research into the leak and discovered that a pipe had been leaking in the walls. No roaches or waterbugs but they did have to spray for ants twice.
They do not get on top of things that need to be fixed, and everyone in the office has different info but you pay the penalty for having the wrong info. The grounds are not kept and the dog park is not enclosed properly or maintained!!
