    I have had nothing but a great expierence here. I moved from apartments in chesapeake and honestly I couldnt be happier. The military discount is great but the biggest thing is the low deposit. It was a saving grace for us. They are all the same floor plan but if it isnt broke dont change it ya know. The open area from the kitchen to the living room is amazing and makes for an easy expierence keeping an eye on my baby and still spending time no matter who is doing what in either room. The kitchens are beautiful and look very nice. The doors for the kitchen dont slam which is AMAZING! The flooring is reliable and the staff is off the charts with being so helpful. If you need a 2 bedroom this is the spot guys. For myself, partner, or son and our 2 dogs its a game changer for space. Also laundry is upstairs so that is perfect. Wegmans is also right there so I can walk to the store on nice days! I cannot get over this place for the price!

    Absolutely not. I have had issues with my neighbors from the start, and management has done nothing. I am now moving out on my own accord, and footing the bill entirely. Management has not offered to help in the slightest. I would not recommend for anyone to rent here, because management will not enforce the lease if someone is disturbing others.

    I toured the model and it was a beautiful layout. Everything was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. You can tell that the townhomes are old due to the flooring (looks like original wood) and the popcorn ceiling. The cabinets are all soft close and they have a gas stove. The community manager seemed very nice.

    Still in the midst of deciding whether I want to make Hampton roads my home again, I stumbled across place! I called to get more information about it and let me just say that Kendria and Terri were on it! Very professional and I got all the information I needed! Thanks guys for your professionalism and kind demeanor!
