I am a current resident on the property. I moved into my place in July. Since then we have made several complaints. Every time it rains outside my ceiling leaks in my bathroom. It has been reported multiple times. Each time we're told they would take a look at it, but can't do anything when the roof is wet. I now have another spot that is leaking, and the place that was supposedly fixed is now leaking again. I was told by maintenance to put a bucket under it to catch the water. There are holes in the roof, and per maintenance, there are a couple of holes. Instead of having a roofing company come out and fix the issue we have to deal with this. There is a water bubble and cracks in the ceiling due to this. One spot the water is leaking through the exhaust fan which has wires in it. This is very dangerous and doesn't seem relevant to the rental office. I do believe this is not good business or how things should be handled when it comes to resident complaints, and I am highly upset that we have to experience this everytime it rains. Our lease is not up until next year, but we will be moving!! I had to post on the Facebook page of the property for things to be fixed that were on our move-in checklist.

As previously stated the rent keeps on increasing but amenities are no longer available the office closes when they want to. I was told on several occasions that thu close at 6 but each time I go there after around 5 since I work a normal work schedule no one is available. Who has time to call Im whole youre working just so you can get a hold of someone? When I first moved here gas was also included now we pay for gas and there is a so called utility fee which is making the rent go up $100 a month. Trash days have decreased to once a week and there is only one dumpster located at the front of the property I will be looking elsewhere. I wish it would go back to the old owners

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. The office is open till 6:00 Monday Through Friday. It may be possible you came when we were out showing the model. Please feel free to come to the office to discuss your concerns.

I have been a resident of Independence Square for three years. The rent has increased every year. However, thats the be expected. My issues is that all is the amendment that was available no longer exist. The basketball court, the tennis court, the gym and the club house are no longer available. At first I thought it was due to renovations however this has been the case for a year now. Im extremely disappointed. My electric bill is very expensive due to older AC units. There are not enough maintenance personal to fix up to assist with maintenance emergency and work on the renovations. Im thinking about moving when my lease is over. I really love the area
