Haygood Halls is a very nice place to live, the office staff and maintainance staff are very friendly and helpful expecially when you notify then of a problem in your apartment.
Due to changes in mamagement and maintenence personnel in the five years of living here, any choice I make will be arbitrary. especially, in the next question.
1) The rent figure I was quoted on the phone was less than the one I had to pay to move in.
2) The water spigot on the patio had been removed for some reason, and not replaced. Still hasn't been. .
3) The electrical outlet on the patio was shorted out in a rainstorm, and was not repaired for two years.
nice place but very expensive
Large rooms, maintained well
This is a good place to live. When something goes wrong, maintenance is right there to help. I would of given a excellent but not enough going on at the club house.
