I just wanna say thank you to all Green Lakes Apartment staff The landlord Kevin both maintenance Man Crystal is amazing they work as a team when theres a issue they always make sure my work orders are done and completed and in a timely manner I love living here I would definitely recommend this development to anyone I love yall guys keep up the great work we need more staff like yall If theres an issue it definite get addressed immediately and never just put things aside they make the residents there a priority and I love that about this staff Miss Crystal Kevin both maintenance guys Thank you again I appreciate yall

i applied on sept 10, 2018 to green lake apts at the time they had a temp working for them named joy that was not trained properly, she called me the morning after submitting my application that i was APPROVED. so i was sooo excited i went home and packed up becuase my moved in date was for oct 8th, gave my apartment complex a 30 day notice to vacate . a week go by i havnt heard anything from them so i decided to call just to make sure everything was ok, joyed picked up told me everything ok she need 2 more stubs rhis is after i gave her 4 , she told me i didnt and i know for a fact i did ( she lost them).i said ok and took her the stubs the next day and she told me everything was ok ,anither week go by i havnt heard anything and this not the normal moving process , i called and asked to speak to joy a lady name crystal picked up and told me joy was just a temp agent and is no longer here, she told me some things was missing off my application that joy missed so i had to drive to the porperty again folr the 3rd time from hampton just to put some initals on m y app that joy should have caught b4 APPROVING ME. so crystla told me evrything was ok they just need to wait on compliance to tell me finally approval . then she called me back to tell me i need my tanf verifaction , after the property manager kevin told me i didnt , they are all unprofessial ,i came there to bring my papers and no one camt to open the door mind you this was office hours and no thye were not on lunch , the tenant outside knock hard they be in there but dont answer the door , and they never answer the phone . so i left . then they told me i needed a student profile for my child i went and got that. then they told me ok thats all they need this after coming to the office 4 times i live in hampton the property is in va beach , wasting my gas , time , and money getting off work , so this is going on a month i still havnt heard anythiny after caling all day everyday for 3 days i finally

I have been a resident of Green Lakes since October 2016. The diversity of the neighbors, the landscape, play parks, and family grilling area are amongst the reasons why I chose to move here but Mrs. Krystal is the reason I chose to stay. When you walk in the office, you're greeted with a beautiful smile and a kind voice. She's attentive and empathetic. The maintenance team they have are great also. Never once did I have to call them twice about the same issue. They work diligently to resolve any issues. Any given day you can see them out cleaning the streets and ensuring the neighborhood is clean and safe for our children. I would give 10 stars if I could but for now I'll give them 5. Green Lakes rock!
