I love that we are getting new windows as we speak! The have a dog park, playground with 4 swings, 2 slides, a small jungle gym, and a bench for people to sit on. I like that they have a sand volleyball court and storage units on the property. Their pool is one of the deepest in the areas. Close to 264 and all of Hilltop
The apartment is comfortable but what really gave me the reason to give my rating is the staff. The ladies in the office are so kind, and so thoughtful, they have always been nothing but polite no matter the situation. They've worked with me through difficulties I've experienced and have always made sure I felt like they cared. The maintenance guys are awesome, you can tell they care about their jobs. I work overnights and they always remember that, they schedule visits around my schedule!
I would appreciate it if I received zero texts reminding me to pay my monthly rental bills. I'm an adult, I understand the days of the month, I can pay my rent without constant text messages from the new property owners to pay a bill that I take care of every month.
Well managed by on site management staff. Grounds well maintained. New windows a huge bonus.
They have improved. New windows was a must and they installed those. My biggest complaint is the AC. I wish we had 2 vents in each room or a thermostat to control. Other than that, great place.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
