This apartment has been a nightmare! I am military so I have lived in a lot of apartments, but this one takes the cake. We were told the day prior to moving in that our date was pushed back two weeks (should have been the first sign), we assumed it had to be for a good reason so we put all of our stuff in storage and stayed in a hotel. When moving in we saw that the entire apartment was FILTHY. The carpets are so dirty and stained they turned my feet black! There was even still food left on the stove! We also had so many things broken in our apartment that they still havent even tried to fix. The biggest being our door to our patio is completely broken and actually got us locked outside. We also do not have a working washer and dryer (which you pay for shared water as well). You would assume that youd be given the basic amenities that youre paying for when moving in. It has been a month and they havent even tried to fix our things. You will also have pet ROACHES living with you. They have sprayed twice, but even the bug guy told us that with the amount that is here spraying wont make a difference. I have had to fog my own apartment, set out my own traps, and get sonic roach repellents to try and get rid of them. Please do not waste your money, there are so many other apartments in this area.

The absolute worse decision I made was moving into Coastline Apartments. Good luck getting in contact with anybody from the office during the move in process or even while being a resident. They hardly answer the phone, hardly return emails, do not review or handle maintenance requests put in. It seems like the only way to get anybody to listen to you is to go to the leasing office each time you have an issue. Very unprofessional. Very over priced especially considering residence are left out back. Trash always scattered across the complex. No pest control. Lights have been out in our hallway for almost three months!!!!! And apparently water payment is split between the building so youre not only paying for your usage and on top of that youll only get a 5 minute hot shower max!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Youre better off living some place else if Im being completely transparent. Take your money to a place where theyll at least answer the phone. I wouldve broke the lease if I was able to long ago.

The price is good but on move in day both baths/toilets were not caulked, washer was broken, and walls were poorly repaired.

I can't wait to get away from this place, the water bill are so high, the neighbors play their music so loud and the management don't care about it no matter how many times you camplaint about it. Maintenance? that's another joke...Stay away from here, do not make a mistake like I have.

RUN, as fast as you can away from this place. Its a freaking mess. The staff is nice and all but never answer the phone and it takes maintenance forever to fix anything. We were without AC from beginning of June all the way through beginning of September! Thats with going in person and calling multiple times! They also hire the worst contractors, left paint and concrete all over when they finally fixed the AC and didnt even finish the job, had to call maintenance when it got cold to get heat, which took another 3 weeks and they only fixed it then because our doorknob broke! Our washing machine has been broken for 6 weeks now and weve been calling almost daily leaving messages and told they will call back and never do! Mold growing in the vents constantly and the only thing they do is wipe it off and put paint on the outside of the vent while the mold still grows inside. Been living her since 2017 and have had more problems with the new management than we ever did with the old, they seemed great at first but quickly went down hill. Cant wait to move! Only live here if you absolutely hate yourself, not worth it.

I love it here. If I could buy my unit I would. It's really peaceful and the rental office is always kind and respectful. Whenever I have a issue they do all they can to resolve it in a timely manner. Kwame, one of the maintenance team is especially kind and knowledgeable. I enjoy when he comes to do my work orders because of his efficiency. The only downside I have is our washer and dryer is too small for a family of three, however the trade off of all the other benefits makes it a wash 😆.

Beautiful complex. Workers are amazing, especially the main lady, Kasey.

It has been a pleasant experience moving into coastline apartments.Ms. Allerha has been couteous and polite and has taken care of any issues that may have arisen.

Got approved for an apartment. The staff was helpful and friendly. During the waiting period Robert was very helpful.

Mr.Michael B was very professional. And knowledgeable of this work Very fast and efficient deserves a race

It’s been 3 months I’ve had issues with my Dryer unit. Multiple Work Orders in. I got in contact with Maintenance and got to speak with John, he handled my issue THE NEXT DAY. I recommend his work & this man deserves a raise working the entire complex’s Washer/Dryers ALONE!

I had problems with my laundry, and I waited 2 months for it to be fixed, and they sent John, he was an excellent worker, and he gave me excellent service, and very attentive to everything that is missing in my house, Good worker, perfect service from him, thanks

Just wanted to say John is the true maintenance person, came in did his job fast efficiency. My air conditioner was not working and now my place is more cooler then it ever was in past. John so polite. koodos to him, best!!!

I've had serious maintenance issues since I moved into my apt in July of 2019. Over this past weekend during a severe storm we found we a leak coming from the HVAC vent and also discovered black mold around 3 different vents in the apt. John came out Sunday and accessed the situation. He came back out today, Tuesday, to treat the mold and replace all of the vents with new ones. John was very polite and you can tell he genuinely loves helping the tenants. He ensured I was satisfied with the work completed and asked if I had any other maintenance concerns he could address while he was here. John is a great asset to this community
