        Took a place at piperlanding the manager was very helpful i will enjoy living here

        Lived here for about two years. The apartment was warm and cozy, loved it there! Quiet street with only resident traffic.

        The walls are incredibly thin! I can hear my neighbors entire conversations in the next room over. The ceiling is also thin, be prepared to hear your neighbors footsteps all day and all night. And good luck if your upstairs neighbor has a dog or two, youll hear everything. The maintenance staff is great but these buildings severely need to be updated. The carpets are worn out, the cabinets are old, and the kitchen and bathroom floor is cheap vinyl. The rent for the area is low but you truly get what you pay for.
