This place has the gull to have luxury apartments on everything here. It is very far from it. The staff here couldn't care any less about the condition of this place. I am at the "luxury pool", what a joke. If I can post pics, you will see. Bathroom is disgusting, pool itself is nasty, pool equipment is left right at the handrail to enter and exit the pool, some plumbing is exposed, no life guards anymore, and the seating is dirty. This is absolutely a direct reflection on the apartments themselves. Don't fall for the model! Only as a very last resort would this ever happen again. I took pictures of everything I am referring to but can't upload them. If the company that owns this property is interested or even cares, ask for them, I'll get them to you.

They dont fix anything! A great number of the apartments are in need of major repairs from broken HVAC to molding. My first 10 days in my apartment I had either brown water or no water. I had to travel to another city to bath at a relatives home. Later had an outlet catch fire yet it still took days for them to come. Mind you it was an outlet that I never use. When they finally came to repair it they left a huge hole in the wall and never returned to seal it. Most recently, I advised that my AC is not working again!!! Its been 30 days now and no one has come to fix itthey claim to be short staffed.30 DAYS!!! Just yesterday they said they came but the key doesnt fit so they cant repair itI NEVER CHANGED MY LOCKS!!!

Please do not see a couple 5 star reviews and disregard the hundreds of reviews of what it is ACTUALLY like living here. If you care about your family and your animals well being please listen to claims of mold and the lack of concern from the manager, the office, and the maintenance crew. No AC all summer, leaks that were never fixed, more than 20 work orders that were NEVER answered. The painters admitted to painting over the mold in the apartments. Manager tried to charge extra fee that was nowhere listed in their agreement. The dog parks mulch is covered in feces making it impossible to take your pet there. The WORST place Ive ever lived with zero regard from management!

Do not choose to live here. I moved in three months ago and have not had heat at all this winter. Nobody ever picks up the phone and Ive put in at least 10 work orders and nobody responds to me. They finally responded after three months, the maintenance guy comes and doesnt know how to fix the heat. I am currently arguing through email with the property manager about whether or not my heat is working in my apartment. Dont move here, the staff here are disrespectful and theyll make you regret it when you need anything.

If I could give them zero I would. Dont let the pictures fool you, the only thing they care about is what the main office and amenities look like to get people to think theyre something theyre not. Set aside the serious health issues this place caused me from the mold in the ceilings and mold in the AC unit, and their scary roach infestation in all the apartments, the biggest issue is that they know it exists and they dont care to actually fix it. I wouldnt wish these living conditions on my worst enemy. Dont sign a lease at these apartments because itll be the biggest mistake you make!
