          We lived here a couple of years ago, and moving back in a couple of weeks!!! Love the people that work there, the view of the water and just everything about this place!

          I have lived at Chapel Lakes for 3 years now and have had a great experience. Darryl and Amy in the office are truly awesome. They are friendly and professional at all times. The maintenance crew is always on point and if I have a request they take care of it very quickly. I love the area and the one of the best perks is being close to the beach which is 5 minutes from Chapel Lakes. Also my commute to work is very close. It is a great location to live at and has so many restaurants, shopping, entertainment and fun. Thanks Chapel Lake staff I surely appreciate all you do and the effort you put in making the residents feel at home. Monique
