I have had good experiences while living with cambria. From the beautiful landscape to the state of the art ammenities, and from the courtesy of the management to the friendly neighbors. Its very convenient being with 15-20 minutes of all attraction in the area, and overall better living than my previous experiences with other apartments.
One of the best places we have lived at , quiet & safe community. Maintenance is very friendly enjoy the trash pickup a lot!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I've had several issues while living here for the past 4 years. To keep this review short, I'll just say that I've had numerous roof leaks (takes maintenance a month to fix), insect problems, heat barely works after having it fixed several times so now during the winter I use a space heater, many car thefts in the community, nasty neighbors who leave dog feces, cigarette butts, and trash on the stairs. Neighbors place their trash outside their doors outside of trash pick-up hours which leads to foul odors and rodents, grills hardly ever clean, and the office is understaffed. The highway noise is horrible if you rent a unit facing the highway. I will definitely be moving when my lease expires. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!! This community was once a nice place to live but now it feels like living in the ghetto. Ive complained to resident relations but nothing has changed. I was told there were many vacant apartments within the last year and since then it seems like Cambria has let anyone move in just to collect rent.
I would not recommend living in this community unless you like outlandish charges upon move out, being charged for this previously broken in the home and never fixed. Overall this was the most expensive place Ive ever lived and received the worst customer service from office staff.
