The apartment is great but the parking is unbearable. I no joke had to park across the street basically a whole different Complex.Part of the issue is that there is a lack of parking system ie. permit or assigned. One of my neighbors literally has 6 vehicles to one apartment. There is even a sign in the front of the neighborhood saying they will tow; but how can you tell if the car belongs here or not the answer is you can't. We brought this up to the rental office and never even got a reply. The apartment is good other than parking.

If you enjoy listening to your neighbors use the restroom, what they're watching on T.V. or every step they make over top of your head, this is the place for you. The walls are as thin as paper.

This community is quiet and the apartment s are spacious. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always available to take care of my concerns. If you like apartment living check out Auburn Place Apartment s.

I have enjoyed my stay here. I'm only moving to up size to a 3 bedroom apartment. It has been such a great time. My apartment, my neibors and the curve appeal are going to be missed
