Auburn Place

I have been to Auburn Place a few times in the past, looking to be a possible Tenant. Also, had a very close friend to live out there for a few years. The space of a 1bed/1bath was really unbelievable in a upstairs unit. The 2bed/2bath was very nice and impressive in a upstairs unit, seem like a Condo style property. That was my backup choice if I didn't get a unit at my current Residence. My concern and thought(issue) now is how are people & families going to afford these rising/skyrocketing Rental Rates. I couldn't believe or can't afford a 1 bedroom unit in Auburn Place @ $1599 a month plus utilities. Then it's one of the oldest properties around with no major updates/changes and these Property Owners & Companies are just raising Rates at 1 time for $100-300 a month because they can or are able in the Rental Market. This is a Major Housing Problem all over and it's very disappointing & disheartening, and to know you have to keep moving around or possibly go in a Complex not of choice/area to live and feel safe. It's taking a whole Check or 40-50% of your income just for Rent, it's a Major problem and crisis.

I appreciate great consumer service and when I ask question they were able to answer with no problem

The apartment is great but the parking is unbearable. I no joke had to park across the street basically a whole different Complex.Part of the issue is that there is a lack of parking system ie. permit or assigned. One of my neighbors literally has 6 vehicles to one apartment. There is even a sign in the front of the neighborhood saying they will tow; but how can you tell if the car belongs here or not the answer is you can't. We brought this up to the rental office and never even got a reply. The apartment is good other than parking.

If you enjoy listening to your neighbors use the restroom, what they're watching on T.V. or every step they make over top of your head, this is the place for you. The walls are as thin as paper.

This place is very nice and friendly staff
