I am a new resident here and I love it. The staff is very sweet, professional and takes care of things with a great level of urgency no matter how little. The neighbors are quite and friendly. I see myself being here for a long time.

My husband and I moved in August 1990. We changed apartments a couple of times. We are now in a downstairs apartment with the big kitchen since stairs are hard on us. Susan Adams has been a great manager all these years. She treats us like family. The rest of the staff are great too!

I have been a resident for over 5 years at Aria Apartment Homes and I love it! The property is maintained so well. For the age of the property, they are always updating. Last year all new double pane windows and this year brand new glass sliding doors! The property Manager, Susan, is top notch. Always caring about residents and the property. I would highly recommend this property!

I just had to most wonderful experience looking for an apartment today. Susan and Karen were so much help with my search for a two bedroom. The maintenance team looked hard at work, and they even took the time to stop by and say hello while I was in the office. Neighborhood looked very well kept. I really hope I get approved because by far after all the apartments I stopped by today this experience was just unmatched.

Had a few incidents with this property with a maintenance lady smoking on the property and throwing cigarettes on the ground and givingme a dirty look. If you smoke please throw them away we dont want to see them on the ground. Second problem about 6 months ago I had a work order and she came in of course smelling like a ashtray thats besides the point she told me that there is nothing she can do and that they didn't provide the tools to do the job. So had my boyfriend fix the problem I have a young child its ridiculous. So this week I spoke with Susan over email and said she will address this situation hopefully it helps. I will up the stars on review if the problem is fixed i have no problem doing that.
