    It is a nice place, but the parking garage floors are FILTHY and the garbage shoots on the main floors usually small afoul from 10 feet away. So, from exiting your vehicle in the parking garage, you may feel as though you are walking through a dirty alley - then up to your unit past a smelly garbage chut. When my lease came up for renewal, they raised my monthly rent by $100 and added a $200 renewal fee. I declined and moved.

    I've experienced very bad, but generally very good management companies. I generally only write a review if I am very happy, or am unhappy. In this case, this place was just - ok. I had a number of issues with how things were handled, starting the first day I arrived and did not receive parking keys, and tags that were part of my lease. I was also charged a $100 fee for not having my utilities setup, when they in fact were, and had already sent all of that information over before I moved in, as it was a requirement. It was a hassle to get that charge reversed. The concierge, Maria always seemed to take care of everything, but when she wasn't there, it always felt like such a hassle to do anything, especially for picking up packages. I feel like the staff in general was always trying to do their best , but overall, the management company is not great. Upon moving out, I had been under tremendous stress (as most people moving out are), and accidentally left behind a few items, including a gallon of water, a bottle of sparkling water, and a $50 Crock-Pot, I was not notified about the Crock-Pot. I cleaned the apartment well during my time living there, and before I left, but always had the hardest time getting the tub cleaned, no matter what I cleaned it with, and I clean - a lot. The tub plug was rusty/discolored looking after I'd only lived there for about five months. I later received a $50 cleaning charge and was told it was for leaving items behind, and that the tub had to be deep cleaned. Ultimately, I think the tub and fixtures were or very poor quality as I've never had such an issue before. The last management company I had, along with other management companies I've been with before, have been very good and on top of things. This one was a regular frustration to me. Hence my rating. Again, not the staff's fault, but the management company definitely needs to figure out how to work with apartment customers if that is supposed to be your business.

    Upon move-out, I was charged $100 for "drywall repair." This was in response to a handful of nail holes that were left behind from hanging ordinary household fixtures. They were so rude and over dramatic about this issue upon move-out that I was absolutely without words. I was told the monies were to cover "contractor costs." Believe me when I say, this job they are referring to, is easily handled with their on-site maintenance staff. All that is needed (and it even being necessary is a bit take it out leave it), is to find some old spackling laying around - stick your finger in said spackling - and fill those tiny little holes with said spackle finger. I am utterly outraged over this fabricated and dramatized issue. I needed to move out of state on quick notice or I'd come down there myself and spend the entire five minutes it takes to do it. They literally came in for my "walk through" and figured - ah yep, easy hundred right there...
