All About

Living in Vienna, VA

"When you rent an apartment in Vienna, Virginia, you'll find many opportunities to enjoy local attractions, events and recreation. From historical homes and beautiful parks to outdoor concerts and holiday parades, this place promises to keep you entertained throughout the year.

If you have an affinity for beautiful, historical architecture, consider apartments on the northwest side of Vienna. The Windover Heights Historic District is located in this part of town and showcases homes with distinguishing architectural characteristics and historical significance. When friends and relatives come to see your new Vienna apartment, take them to see the museum and old-fashioned general store within the historic Freeman House. You'll learn that it had many purposes throughout history, such as a Civil War hospital, a store, a railroad station and a fire department.

No matter how much you love your new apartment in Vienna, you'll want to get out from time to time (if not every day) to enjoy the natural environment and recreational opportunities found in the local parks. Play tennis or baseball, have a picnic, hike or bike on nature trails and do much more in Vienna's four major parks: Northside, Southside, Glyndon and Meadlow Lake.

The Vienna Community Center is located near many Vienna apartments, and there's something for everyone there. One of the best features is Club Phoenix, a teen center where students can play games, such as pool and ping-pong, listen to music on the jukebox and more.

Throughout the year, you'll find fun events near your apartment in Vienna. In the spring, take a tour of the historic district or attend ViVa! Vienna! Town Festival on Memorial Day weekend. Celebrate 4th of July with a fun-filled day of arts, crafts, food, drinks, music, games and more with your neighbors at the Vienna Community Center. The Halloween Parade is a must-see in the fall, and historic Church Street hosts an annual Holiday Stroll in late fall to early winter.

What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Vienna

Walking distance from mosaic district, and outdoor mall with movie theater and shopping and restaurants, we have 2 parks on either side of the neighborhood.

I like being two blocks to restaurants and shops. We go to local restaurants. We gather at the inn in town.

It is kid friendly with a lot of activities available within walking distance for kids and adults. Also it is mostly quiet.
