Out of a lot of the buildings in Tysons Corner, the ascent has the best floor plans, pricing, and views. My apartment in particular is spacious 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom for originally $2,600 now $3,000 but other apartments they offer 1-bedroom for around this price and a lot smaller. This building amenities aren't as good as the other companies/buildings that I visited but still decent. Depending on where you are in life I would recommend owning a house because you don't have to deal with noise from your neighbors and the rent is just about the same as a mortgage payment. It's paying to own something rather than throwing your money out the window to a company. & Not very child friendly; pretty serious. A lot of businesses and restaurants. If I had to choose again, I would be owning but out of the apartment buildings in this area this is the best option.
