Pleasant well kept area. Office staff very helpful. Close to shopping. Pool is great

Rude staff that will not correct my mold situation. Staff does not fix issues in a timely manner. During a cold Feb night night, my children huddled together cause no one bothered to answered my emergency call. I needed my thermostat replaced. Not even an apology for my experience. The pool was closed most of summer due to life guards not showing up to work. When I inquired about the situation, I was given a flippant answer about being able to drag lifeguards from their homes to come to work. One headache after another. Do not move here!
